Eurocoke Summit will take place at the Austrian Trend Hotel Savoyen in Vienna on 18-19 September 2024.

Delegates are responsible for organising their own travel and accommodation. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference delegates wishing to stay at the Austrian Trend Hotel Savoyen at a special rate of €195.00 (for the dates of Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 September). This rate is for single occupancy, includes breakfast, VAT and City Tax.
To take advantage of this special rate, we encourage delegates reserve their room as soon as possible but no later than Saturday 17 August. Accommodation cannot be guaranteed and rates are subject to change after this date. All rooms and rates are subject to availability.

It is your responsibility to keep informed of any travel restrictions affecting entry into The Netherlands. Smithers cannot be held responsible for any costs relating to travel and/or accommodation bookings, even if you are no longer able to travel to the event due to COVID-19.
We invite all delegates to keep a close eye on governments' and World Health Organisation guidelines for international travel.

Please note, visa letters do not alter travel restrictions in place at the time of the event in any way and delegates must have already registered and paid for their conference ticket before any letters can be issued.

It has come to our attention that a number of accommodation service providers have contacted companies supporting Eurocoke regarding hotel reservations. When delegates say they have already booked they are told that they need to finalise their booking by completing a form with credit card details. This generates a new booking and a 25% deposit is immediately charged to the card - this is non-refundable and any cancellation incurs a heavy penalty.
These companies do not represent Smithers and should not be given any credit card information.
